The club makes its clubhouse facilities available to it's members for private hire. The clubhouse is only available to hire out from October to March. To submit an application please read the booking notes below.
The member making the hire will be responsible for the conduct of all of their guests at the function. This includes organising the orderly emptying of the clubhouse after an appropriate period after the bar closes. It also includes the behaviour of guests as they leave the ground, ensuring they do not cause a disturbance to the club's neighbours.
Where bar facilities are required, the hiring member will be charged the cost of providing bar staff for the event. The number and hours of the staff will be decided before the event.
The member making the hire will be responsible for ensuring the clubhouse is returned to its normal clean and tidy condition as soon after the event as is practical.
All booking enquires must be made by email to the Club Secretary detailing the hiring members requirements. Applications must be made at least one month prior to the event, to allow the Committee to consider the application.
