Coaching at ickenham

Coaches at the Club normally start by informally helping and assisting with colts training sessions before being invited to attend a formal coaching course. Once qualified, our coaches attain ECB UKCC Level 1, 2 or 3. Anyone wishing to help out and who might be interested in qualyfying should contact the .

Session plans

Coaches and managers will employ a number of different coaching drills. Many are supplied to them as part of their formal training, but coaches are encouraged to develop their own drills. Below is a selection of drills available from a number of resources.
