Clubhouse hire

The club makes its clubhouse facilities available to it's members for private hire. To make an application please read the booking notes below.

There is a charge of £40 for the first hour and £25 per hour thereafter. This includes the use of the kitchen facilities during the function if required. The following conditions apply to any private hire.

1. The member making the hire will be responsible for the conduct of all of their guests at the function. This includes organising the orderly emptying of the clubhouse after an appropriate period after the bar closes. It also includes the behaviour of guests as they leave the ground, ensuring they do not cause a disturbance to the club's neighbours.
2. Private hires to members will not usually be granted a bar extension to allow the bar to serve alcohol outside the normal licensing hours. The club is limited on the number of these available each year, and feels that generally these should reserved for official club functions.
3. Where bar facilities are required, the hiring member will be charged the cost of providing bar staff for the event. The number and hours of the staff will be decided before the event.
4. The member making the hire will be responsible for ensuring the clubhouse is returned to its normal clean and tidy condition as soon after the event as is practical.

All booking enquires must be made by email to the , or by writing to him (see committee for details) detailing the hiring members requirements. Applications must be made at least one month prior to the event, to allow the Committee to consider the application.

Hiring the Ickenham cricket pitches

The club makes its ground clubhouse facilities available to companies and other clubs for cricket matches.

The wickets

The main field boasts a modern fully electronic scorebox and has the clubhouse facilities immediately to hand. The second field (or the Moss as it is known) is situated next to the clubhouse in picturesque surroundings.

The facilities

We are able to offer a whole range of facilities to support a cricket match, including:

• fully prepared grass wicket for senior or junior matches;
• match balls;
• qualified ECB umpires;
• electronic scorebox (main field) or large score board (the Moss), with scorers and scoresheets (traditional standard);
• changing rooms and showers for players and opponents;
• full catering facilities for teas or lunches;
• drinks at drinks intervals;
• bar facilities for players and their guests;
• Sky TV in bar;
• B-B-Q.
